What kind of recruitment does Seriously Connected Recruiters deal with?

All assignments in the recruitment industry are covered, each specialist recruiter has an individual profile which highlights the areas of their strongest expertise including the industry sectors, including typical positions of recruitment and the salary levels offered. All permanent, contract and high end temporary recruitment assignments are accepted within the Seriously Connected network. Contingency & Retained recruitment can be delivered, with typical salary levels starting at £25,000 and above, and every contract assignment agreed on a case by case basis.

As a Hiring Manager who agrees the terms and conditions?

From the very beginning of the recruitment process, once you have selected your recruiter you are in direct ongoing contact with your specialist recruiter. Seriously Connected recruiters work independently, together you agree terms and conditions for the successful recruitment assignment.

Every Seriously Connected recruiter has an individual set of terms and conditions RS01 which must be agreed with you from the outset, signed accordingly and kept for your records to be used as confirmation at the point of a successful piece of recruitment.

If you are looking for contract and/or high end temporary recruitment then a contract will be signed by all parties and issued to support the agreed piece of work.

Seriously Connected is proud of the standards within the network, with every effort taken to provide streamlined processes from terms and conditions, interview confirmations through to successful placement, credit control and follow up testimonials.

Who controls the invoicing, credit control and ensures payment are made?

Seriously Connected Headquarters handles all paperwork including invoicing, credit control for successful recruitment campaigns. Eliminating all non-recruitment related activities enabling your recruiter to concentrate on recruiting every step of the way.

All invoices are raised by Seriously Connected and payments are made direct to Seriously Connected in line with your terms and conditions whether payment for the successful introduction of a new permanent employee or the agreed contractor/interim terms and conditions.

Payment of all invoices raised will be made by bank transfer to the Seriously Connected bank account in line with the payment terms agreed in the signed Terms and conditions.

We do not accept business cheques, credit cards or cash payments.

If you are a hiring company and have a process of authorisation for suppliers, IE, preferred supplier agreements͛, Purchase Orders, or need your procurement/HR department to accept Seriously Connected as a supplier to your business, please make this clear to your recruiter from the outset so all paperwork can be completed. Any delays in payment of outstanding invoices may result in additional costs to be incurred which could easily be avoided.

What happens when your recruiter has completed a successful recruitment campaign? Every successful piece of recruitment delivered by a Seriously Connected recruiter is an example of their skills and something each recruiter is proud of. All referrals to colleagues, business associates family and friends are welcomed.

As part of the final stages of the process Seriously Connected will contact you electronically to gain feedback on the quality of the service provided and how happy you were overall. You will be asked to complete a short yet important feedback questionnaire.

Your support in the feedback element of the process is extremely important to the future successes of the individual recruiter, to either establish areas to be improved upon or to enhance their personal profile in the recruitment industry. Your feedback is appreciated and valuable.

Does Seriously Connected screen recruiters? At Seriously Connected we strive to create a network of professional recruiters. Each recruiter who becomes part of the Seriously Connected network has a proven track record in delivering successful recruitment assignments. Prior to joining Seriously Connected there is a rigorous interview process to establish the suitability of the recruiter.

Additionally as part of the on boarding procedure each recruiter operates independently and has a legal contract with Seriously Connected to deliver professional and ethical recruitment assignments whilst encouraging best practise techniques at all times.

How will my enquiry be treated? We understand that it is of paramount importance that all enquiries be treated with the highest levels of respect and confidentiality. Our recruiters will always seek permission before passing your details on, and always act with professionalism and integrity. Seriously Connected recruiters have worked hard to develop their reputations and are constantly working harder to improve them.

How do I find the right recruiter?

Using our directory of highly experienced consultants you can search for the most suitable recruiter based upon their recruitment industry expertise. Each individual profile gives a clear overview of their particular skills and personality. You are not obliged to work with any, however a good recruiter relationship is based upon trust and delivery.

You will get to know very quickly whether you feel you would like to work with them. They will look to understand whether they can help you, and fully expect you to ‘interview’ them.

How do I get started?

It is important to know what you look for in a recruiter, and to be clear from the beginning of your requirements. In the recruitment process, it is critical to get started with a clear outcome in mind, taking the time to really explore your requirements upfront will be time well spent.

Once you have selected your recruiter they will control the whole process, the starting point will be to have an initial conversation, typically on the phone, however utilising video conferencing platforms such as Skype are becoming more commonplace.

Each recruiter uses a proven ‘interview’ methodology to be able to provide a thorough and professional service. They are skilled in asking the right questions.
